The Alumni Membership Program includes:

• Automatic enrollment in the next cohort of The Healing Trauma Program

• Monthly live sessions and two online retreats with Dr. Rutstein

• Small groups and a dedicated alumni discussion space

• A wide variety of self-regulation tools and practice prompts

• Member polls and group surveys to help us meet your needs with the program

We do this to ensure a deepening of your ability to stay 'in the work'—remaining steadfast on your path, helping others on a similar road, and ultimately making these teachings your own to adapt and explore on a continuing basis."
